
How much does shipping cost?
The cost for domestic Shipping & Handling ranges between $3 and $15.
International Shipping and Handling ranges between $6 and $18.
Currently, all orders over $75.00 (both domestic and international) receive FREE SHIPPING!
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes and No. If you see your location on our site, then we ship there. We follow all postal regulations as we understand them for international orders. We are always adding new locations. If you do not see your location as an option, feel free to email us at info@cultnails.com and ask us to check out your location.
We will not lie and put anything other than nail polish on the customs forms. Please do not request that we write another item, or value. In order for us to ship internationally we must follow the postal regulations. If we write anything other than the actual item or value, we can be subject to fines and even imprisonment. No thanks, we’ll pass on that!
You, the buyer, will be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with international shipments. It is also your responsibility to know whether or not your location allows nail polish to be imported or shipped. Cult Nails will not be responsible, nor will we replace or refund you for any items taken by customs.
International shipments come with a customs form tracking number only. This will only show when the package is received by the U.S. Post Office. The number will not track beyond package acceptance. Cult Nails is not responsible for packages that do not make it to the intended recipient.
I didn’t get my package, now what?
We send all domestic packages using first class mail or priority mail with tracking numbers. Once the package is received by the post office, it is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility. If the package was sent and is not showing delivered, please contact your local post office. They should be able to track your package and try to get it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately the post office does not insure liquids or hazardous items.
I bought some nail polish yesterday and today it is on sale. Can I get the sale price?
Sorry, timing is everything! We do offer occasional sales to our email subscribers, on our blog, and via our Facebook and Twitter pages. Our suggestion? Follow us so you can take advantage of any sales as they happen.
My polish arrived broken, or damaged, will you replace it?
Most likely. But if you want to ensure that your item gets replaced, send us a picture of the packaging and broken or damaged polish with your request.
If there is something wrong with the bottle or brush or polish itself, we will ask that you return the polish to us for exchange. We will reimburse you for shipping the item back to us, just include a copy of the receipt with your order or make sure the cost is showing on the envelope. Once we received the item back, we will gladly send you a replacement. Due to the nature of our product, and because it can not be reused, we do not offer refunds on any of our products.
I bought a color and I don’t like it on me, can I return or exchange it for another color?
Unfortunately, due to the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept items for return or exchange. We post pictures of the product on our website, blog, and Facebook page. Many blogs have also reviewed our product; a google search of the polish you desire will likely yield results you can make a decision based on. We highly suggest you look at pictures before making a decision. Also, please keep in mind that colors can look different in person than they do on a computer screen. If there is a color that just doesn’t suit you, may we suggest swapping with other polish fanatics? There are several sites out there that offer this service! We are looking at creating some tip tracks that can be purchased for a small fee before buying a polish.
There is a color I have been dreaming of, can you make it for me?
Currently I do not offer custom colors, but again, that is something we are looking into. But we are always taking ideas for additions to our line. It can take up to a year from conception of an idea to it becoming a reality, but if you have a good idea, let us know, and it may just become one of our colors!
I’m a blogger, do you send free product to blogs for review?
Yes and no! We are a business after all. If I gave all my product away to bloggers, I would not have a very successful business. We review requests when we receive them, but typically the bloggers are selected for review in advance of a collection coming out; so once a collection hits, there are no more blogger packs available.
It doesn’t mean you can’t email us for consideration for the next collection. If you are sending a request, please make sure that you include your blog url, youtube url, and statistical information on your blog. I am looking at how many page views in a day, week or month, number of unique views and blog layout and comments. Each request I receive I will go look at your blog and check it out, see what your reviews look like, how you write, what your blog personality is, how many followers you have if the information is available, what your stats are, what your pictures look like and your comments section. I may not accept your blog right away, especially if it is a new to me blog, but I will keep checking your blog out and when it comes time to select bloggers for a future collection, you just may be in luck!
Do you sell to nail techs and/or salons at wholesale rates?
We would love to, but we are still trying to figure out how to confirm licenses. Once we can figure that out, we definitely will. In the meantime, we do sell to stores and salons at discounted rates with minimum orders. Contact us for wholesale pricing and minimums.
