How much does shipping cost? 

There are flat rates for shipping to different locations.  Unfortunately, due to closing out doors, and selling out of product at a discounted price, we are no longer able to offer free shipping to any location regardless of order total.

 

Are your polishes vegan friendly and cruelty free?

Yes!!!  Cult Nails lacquers are made with a vegan friendly formula, contain no animal byproducts, and are never tested on animals!  

 

Is your polish 5 free?

Yes, again.  All Cult Nails colors are free of Dibutyl Phalates (DBP), Toulene, Formaldehyde, Camphor, and Formaldehyde Resin.

 

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes and No, what can we say it all depends on the regulations in each country. Unfortunately there is not a one size fits all answer.  It's important to us that we follow all postal regulations for shipping our products.  We are always adding new locations as we learn more.  If you do not see your location as an option, feel free to email us at info@cultnails.com and ask us to check out your location. We'd be happy to!

 

I didn’t get my package, now what?

I bought some nail polish yesterday and today it is on sale. Can I get the sale price? 

Sorry, timing is everything!  We do offer occasional sales to our email subscribers, on our blog, and via our Facebook and Twitter pages.  Our suggestion?  Follow us so you can take advantage of any sales as they happen.

 

My polish arrived broken, or damaged, will you replace it?

We strive to provide your with great customer service along with great polish, so please contact us at info@cultnails.com so that we may assist you; however, we are closing and may not be able to fullfil all requests due to limited product remaining.   

 

I bought a color and I don’t like it on me, can I return or exchange it for another color?

Unfortunately, due to the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept items for return or exchange.  We post pictures of the product on our website, blog, and Facebook page.   Many blogs have also reviewed our product; a google search of the polish you desire will likely yield results you can make a decision based on.  We highly suggest you look at pictures before making a decision.  Also, please keep in mind that colors can look different in person than they do on a computer screen.  If there is a color that just doesn’t suit you, may we suggest swapping with other polish fanatics?  There are several sites out there that offer this service! 

 

I’m a blogger, do you send free product to blogs for review?

Since we are closing our doors, we are no longer sending product for review.

 

I saw a Cult Nails color on a blog, but I don't see it available on your site, will you be restocking these sold out colors?

We sometimes offer limited edition shades or retire colors to keep our line fresh. Typically we do not re-stock limited edition shades or colors that are retired. But we go with the never say never philosophy and encourage you to follow our blog, FaceBook and Twitter pages for any updates to our line.

 

Do you offer wholesale rates?

We are closing our doors.  If you are interested in buying any remaining stock, please contact us at info@cultnails.com.

I am getting emails / seeing posts related to CULT Cosmetics?  Are you the same company or affiliated at all?
 
No.  We have been selling our products since January 2011 and are our own brand.  We have no affiliatiion to CULT whatsoever.  Believe us, if we were expanding the line or doing anything additional, we would WANT you to know what we are doing.  We'd never keep anything from our Culties.  Thanks for keeping your devotion to this Cult!  

Oh no!  You're going out of business... what does that mean.

At this point, we are closing our doors.  While we will still offer customer service throughout our closue, there may be a delay in getting back with you.  For the most part, all sales should be considered final.  Please make your selections carefully.

Can I add to an existing order, I want more stuff!?!?!?

Unfortunately, with us closing, and the amount of orders we'll be processing, we simply can not make changes to orders for fear that something may get lost in the shuffle.  Feel free to place more than one order though.
